How Gigantic Airdrop is Being Prepared Before Launched

via Military Update
An airdrop of critical supplies can be quickly used to replenish the military and deliver humanitarian aid in areas where risks are persistent. However, it takes accuracy to safely airdrop these resources to the intended parties. In the past, only low-altitude operations could be used for accurate airdrops. However, recent developments supported jointly by the Air Force Air Mobility Command and the Army Natick Soldier Research, Development, and Engineering Center (NSRDEC) have made precision airdrops from high altitudes possible, putting carrier aircraft beyond the reach of ground threats.
